I understand what your saying. It is hard to introduce yourself if your new to the meet. Most of the FNM crowd have known each other for some time so it is hard to jump into the various crowds. I suggest that to make FNM more welcoming we should hear the suggestions by new members and try our best to accommodate it. I suggest for new members to post on the FNM thread and let us know that you are new and what your ride and roughly what time you would be stopping by so the "oldies" can look for your arrival.
I agree with Phat Monkey. Most lexus meet have their own click and FNM crowd is no different. But we are all very Friendly people. Just post up that you are coming to the meet and what car you'll be in and the coordinator will try their best to look out for you and greet you.
Or another best way is go the meet. Find the nicest car and screem out, "hey! who's car is this? Don't park at my spot!" You'll get instant attention.

I have opinion for this Friday meet. Please forgive me if there is anything make you guys not happy.
Please excuses for about 5-10 minutes for new member to have a change to say "hi".
Every single time i be there, there is always new member stay alone (cause he/she doesn't know any body). You guys should spend at least 5-10 minutes to gather all of people in there in a circle and let newbie hsa a change to say "hi" by that way they won't feel lonely and be nobody at the meet.
I knew some of us left and won't attend at the meet any more just because of this reason.
EX:
1st: please ask anybody in the area (go for meet) get in a circle
2nd: thanks for all people attended at the meet for supporting clublexus
3rd: asking if there is any new member so they could say something about themselves or at least "hi to the other.
It's not hard to do but at least bring new people close to us.

That's good that you guys post up your opinions on here. If you guys don't feel comfortable at our FNM.. i suggest that you post up on our FNM thread first before going to FNM. Tell us about yourself, future builds, etc. I promise you that we are all friendly here. As for circle gathering to introduce new members, I'm sorry, but that's hard to apply due to many ppl coming in and out. We can't keep track of everyone. It really depends on you. Just ask questions and be approachable. I'm positive that everyone at the meet will welcome you. Maybe not one by one...but they will. It just takes time. We've all been there
