Afterthoughts & Photos -- The Pursuit 4: Presented by Longo Lexus
Another year, another tremendous Pursuit meet. After months of intensive planning, the Pursuit 4: Presented by Longo Lexus took place at the Irwindale Speedway today with over 500 Lexus vehicles and over 15 Lexus vendors participating.
First of all a big shout out to the core team for all the crazy number of hours we all put into this meet, this wouldn't have happened without all the dedications. Also huge thank you to all the volunteers who came out and helped us with the meet today, you all made this event as smooth as possible.
All the vendors have been very supportive and they helped take the event to the next level with all the fantastic raffle items and sick show cars of all makes. I talked to every single vendor and you are all great people and we are honored to have you.
Thank you to Lexus Corporate for their big support, they were out at full force. I hope everyone walked through their huge display of Lexus project cars, and also visited the Lexus tent with 2 LFAs and lounge setup. Toyo Tires also displayed one LFA and the 4th LFA was with Prestigious Society.
Of course, last but not least, all the attendees. YOU GUYS/GALS made this happen. Your enthusiasm, support, and positive messages to all of us thrived us to keep working harder and making it better every time!
A final thank you again to all the vendors and attendees. Congratulations to all the winners at the raffle table, and also the winners at the drag race. This is the first year we have LFA participating at the track, and I hope no one missed the 2 LFAs racing against each other at the end of the meet!!!
On a personal note, I just want to say thank you to all my personal close friends, James, Bryan, Joe, Doug, Tammy, Poy, Phil, Joyce, etc... You are all like family to me, thank you for trusting me to not screw things up (well maybe I did screw up a few times). And most importantly thank you for reminding me why I quit doing meets 7 years ago But no matter how tired I am, it's all worth it

This is what 5:40am looked like at Longo Lexus where all the staff gathered.
Lexus Corporate dropping off the LFA Nurburgring car as well as the ISF CCS-R
3 LFAs in one shot
The 4th LFA
That's all the shots I got. Seriously, the rest of the time I was running around or trying to survive the day.

It was an amazing turnout of great cars and even greater people. Much thanks to the staff and volunteers who helped put The Pursuit 4 on for us enthusiasts. Numerous vendors, display vehicles, and a lively meet really kept everyone entertained. Congrats to the winners from both the Scion and Lexus raffles. Thank you Longo Lexus and Longo Scion for co-hosting this event and bringing back our beloved Lexus Pursuit meet.
I hope everyone got home safely. Much props to the Lexus community for showing your support of the many generations of vehicles that Lexus has produced over the years. Without such strong support and enthusiasm, a meet of this magnitude surely would not be possible.
