I was on my motorcycle. It was a good New Year's Day ride. It was forth it for me.
But if you are driving from L.A. and have to drive through the weekday commute, and if compare it to the L.A. Auto Show, it's not worth it.
No vendors selling car-related products (like the L.A. Auto Show having a dedicated Hall for aftermarket parts and such); just really lots of cars displayed. They do have a bunch of test drives from various automakers, but the lines do get long later in the afternoon. Jeep by far had the longest line because they had an "Obstacle Course" for the new Grand Cherokee to drive through...
