Socal shops that will do a good job installing headers?
Hi fellow CL members,
I think this is my first thread start.
You guys have done such a great job of answering everything that I haven't really needed to reach out.
Well, I'm about done modding, and a last piece of the puzzle is headers. PPE's have been here for two months.. I fancy myself competent with a jack and wrench, but A: I dont have a garage (apartment community garage) and B: I have a new baby that requires being bounced.
I dont trust most shops aside from dealers. There is a local shop I do trust but they wont touch a non-oem part.
So, does anyone know a shop in southern CA (preferably the south bay) that has done this install and would trust to do it again?
Thanks for the help!!

Yes. 2nd vote for Vinam. Tho very detail and patience with his work and very affordable. Make sure to call ahead for appointment on weekend, usually very busy. I've installed my mid-pipe over there too. I'm the 1st person that review his shop on yelp, been there too many times.

Install went well
No telling if hed do it for the same price again.
The only hitch is that I have a cel, but my code scanner says it is for egr system flow or P0401 and p0406 (if i remember right). No idea if its related bit its possible. Maybe a vac line came off or i need a new o2 sensor. Who knows, but i cant imagine its a big deal. Car runs great anyway. Im sure hed check it out if i let him know, but I havent even bothered calling him about it. Its probably an easy fix, but if its not ill call him once i check it out.
Would highly recommend Vinam!

He charged $440 to install the headers and that includes the exhaust gaskets that i didnt have. He installed the engine mounts at the same time (I provided all the headers, mounts and cat gaskets.)
