Jim Falk Lexus Review...
I had my car there for 7 days. In that time they somehow chipped the windshield, as I had photos of the windshield two days before I brought in the car. They agreed to replace the windshield.
Under the ZLA warranty they installed the center console wrong so part of it bowed out and also the part was defective from the factory as it had scuff marks on one side where you could see the black finish coming off, yet they installed it anyway.
When they installed the second center console they broke my cup holder.
After they installed the new dashboard, now my glove box will not open more than one inch.
They damage vehicles more than fix them.
They clearly don't take pride in their work.

Thank you. Lexus corporate got involved and this dealership will not fix my glovebox that they broke when they installed the new dashboard.
It is a good thing that I am getting a new glovebox under the ZLA warranty, Santa Monica Lexus will install that, I hope they are better.
