I read through the Longo Lexus thread, and it's pretty dated. Also, Longo is kind of far to go for me for services. If they are still one of the best I would make the trip, but I am just curious how the experience at the other dealership service centers are. As of 2022, what are some of the experiences at the service departments close to OC (Newport, Tustin, Westminster, Cerritos, South Bay)?

I use Peter Nguyen at CAL Auto (close to Euclid & Westminster Blvd.) -- he's a former MDT from Lexus of Westminster and knows his stuff.

What type of service are you having done?

Just looking for a place to do regular service intervals at. My car is still around 1400 miles now and I get the free 5k and 10k so for those at least I'd like it to be at a Lexus service center. After that I'm open to trustworthy mechanics who I can go for 5k service intervals.

Lexus of Westminster comes to mind. Fairly competent and reliable. If Charlie Sarno is still there, specifically ask for him.

Bought our vehicle in Woodland Hills but our closest dealerships are Tustin and South County. Anyone have any updated info about the service departments at either of those dealerships? Or any other OC ones for that matter?

Read through some Yelp Reviews and it looks like Newport or Westminster seem to be the most promising.

Looking to take our RX350h in for 5k service and for the dash trim falling off issue.

I took my IS250 F Sport to Tustin Lexus for the complimentary 5k service and they were good. I recommend them.
