Throughout every steop of our development, we thoroughly examine the engine and perform compression and leakdown testing.

We have about 8000 miles of testing complete as of today with the Stage 1 setup. And I am not talking about driving around town.... its all hard pulls, on the road, dyno, and track. Just this past weekend, we made a 500 mile round trip to Watkins Glen Raceway., extensively tracked the car (will post video soon), and drove back -- no trailer, and just a few wrenches in the trunk... which we didn't have to use because the car was FLAWLESS, and after all that didn't even consume a drop of oil. We feel sorry for the guy who brought his stock SRT8 Jeep for the beginner track session, and blew the engine at the end of the day, all while we pushed our IS350 to the absolute limit trying to keep up with track prepped Z06's and Vipers without a hickup.

Ahhh!! When are we gonna see the vids!!! I am getting butterflies in my stomach from the anticipation and excitement!!

How solid are those dates and will you be doing in house installs then as well?

Do you have a GS350 yet to verify the same results as the IS?

Rafi, do you have a rough estimate on how much WHP on a IS350 with a catback exhaust no headers? Thanks

Also, is it 6300 shipped within US?

Shipping is a bit extra, and i also highly recommend getting the boost and wideband gage pack (or source your own).

I think the main restriction in the stock exhaust manifold is the catalytic converter. We havent tested it yet, but we will in the next 2-4 weeks.

Video from last weeks test session at Watkins Glen International Raceway.

Overall I was very happy with the way the car performed. It was a 500+ mile round trip, plus lots of really intense driving at the track -- ZERO issues. Not to bad for a full interior IS350 sedan on street tires up against mostly trailored track cars on R-comp tires!

This was also my first time ever driving at Watkins Glen, it was a great experience and we will definitely be revisiting this epic track:

What about oil for these s/c ? Are they similar to pro charger where you add it? My vortec needs to tap the oil pan...

The Rotrex supercharger uses a separate dry sump lubrication system not connected to the engine in any way. It's very low maintainance and requires oil change every 50,000 miles.

Kit looks fantastic. Great work.

Is there a reason your dyno only goes up to 6,000rpm? Did you have to lower the rev limiter?

This is a great point. At 7200rpm, it would be about 450whp. Maybe that's why there has been a delay in the release from the original predicted date or they are going to incorporate a wastegate to make more are under the curve, which would be awesome! The car doesn't make that much torque down low, so a larger supercharger with a wastegate limiting boost would be a spectacular design!

There are some tuning issues that limit us to 6000rpm. We are testing further staged upgrades at this time. That said, we are extremely satisfied with the power and reliability of the current Stage I setup. I am absolutely confident that anyone experiencing it first hand will appreciate that it is worth every penny.

That said, the supercharger we use (Rotrex c38-91) is capable of 500+whp. Our intercooler, which we build in house is also capable of 500+whp.... so as we continue development, you can see where we are going with this? A Stage II upgrade would essentially just require a remap of the ECU. Further upgrades will require some engine work and upgrades to the fueling system.
