I’m surprised it wouldn’t connect. Must be something within the OS

I think zlink and Carlinkt have their own hardware on the main board. Only their firmware can connect to right hardware.

Pretty cool, Lexion refuses to stand by their product and PayPal won't help. So I am stuck with a 900 dollar paperweight. I would highly recommend avoiding buying from Lexion.

Is your credit / bank card what you use via paypal? If yes, most CC / banks offer buyer protection as you can dispute through them

So Paypal didn't side with you for dispute? I wonder they will ever send me the plastic trim I'm stuck with a big hole on my car if I wasn't using my old trim piece from 4x4.

They never sent me the harness they told me they were going to send, but who knows. PayPal claimed the the issue didn't differ significantly from the product description. Pretty screwed up if you ask me.

This might be a long shot but you might try to sell it to someone here if they’re willing to test it out. It might just be a fluke with your car but someone else’s car might work. But I’m still skeptical.

I am afraid of passing this crap onto somebody else. Honestly if stock Lexus OS access isn't needed, it's fine. But be that as it may, it should function properly.

Wow. Interesting post to say the least. I was very interested in switching my OEM unit to Lexion unit but now I want to stay away. I guess the best plan currently to just stick with OEM and forget carplay currently.

The current gen 4x4 unit works great. Customer service is amazing too. I recommend that over Lexion personally. I switched and I’m super glad I did.
