Unfortunately, I had to learn to fiddle with these systems in trial and error but Lexion unit would be much better in terms of usability my 4x4 unit is very buggy sometimes.
Yeah a couple of guys here in Australia have them & are really happy. Unfortunately they live 1000km from me so I'm going it alone.
Asked for shipping details and was told it would leave the following week.
Waited, asked again for shipping details then 3 times over the following 10 days and no response!

Yes it comes with an external mic which mounts up around the rear vision mirror.
This seems like a great product although Lexion look like they are just getting it drop shipped out of China & don't really have anything to do with it or much knowledge of the product.
For those that have the Lexion unit, will you please download the app "Device HW Info" and report back on the actual specs of this unit? I am curious whether it actually has the SOC they claim, and whether it's actually 8.1. I have a unit similar to the 4x4 screen for my RC, and am considering upgrading to the Lexion. If the Lexion can provide the following, I will order it asap: better sound output (my unit has lots of noise), functions with the RC touchpad as a mouse pointer on the Android side (not Android Auto), and hopefully system Bluetooth that allows me to connect to an OBD module for logging, etc.
Can someone with a Lexion head unit please confirm the ability to view the OEM side of it before the android side boots up, and the ability to stretch the OEM side to the full size of the screen without a filler boarder on the side?

Cant seem to get full screen in Android
have issues with the factory mount on the Lexion screen, it doesn't sit straight, how did you mount yours ?
Also the trim panel that came with it looks like it was for a LHD and doesn't fit
Did you transfer yellow clips from factory screen to Lexion screen? You need to use the clips.
I sure have, I actually just elongated the holes in the factory bracket it sits better (doesn't stick out) but is still not straight (were the factory screens slightly tilted toward the driver ?

I don’t have Lexion but I have similar unit it’s also not flush a bit like yours except mine is on right side. I was told it’s normal.

I've popped the factory screen in to check and it also points a little toward the driver although not as drastic as this (but that could be due to size!)
