KiwiSlovak - Thanks for the feedback. A question: If your vehicle has an issue during inspection, do they give an owner the opportunity to fix the problem and retest? Or do they just stick it to you, and make you pay some fee or fine?

Yeah they give you the chance to fix the problem however i got told that as they have videos of the car they also look to see if they notice anything else adjusted since the original check. Unfortunately i don't yet know the details about this one, though i've already found an auto-technician who swears he can get me through without issue with the vents and any wheels that might be outside the approved sizes that get put on the registration paperwork over here - will found out next April when i need to get the warrant of fitness done.

Santa01 - Late responding in here. I have a customer that has asked for a refund. The 2nd customer ever. 100% refund will be provided to him when I receive his Exhaust Vents back.
If / when I do, I will resell them at 60% normal rate (pending they're in good shape). Let me know if you're interested ... of course it depends on getting these back.

P.S. In the beginning I wondered and debated what my "return" policy would be. After what, 3 years, I've had only 1 returned (the above will be the 2nd). Since it is so rare, I'll refund 100% of a customer's money (100% of what I receive ... i.e. if you pay by credit card via paypal, they have a few dollars fees, so I refund 100% of the slightly less amount that I actually receive). How's that for a risk free / fool proof purchase! Ha!

As I recall, it was a double. But this is all dependent on receiving them back. It's been a couple weeks since I informed him that I would refund at 100%.

Yes, Santa01 did buy the used Exhaust Vents. Last week, I had a vehicle in the fleet get crashed. It had Exhaust Vents on it. Those Exhaust Vents will be removed because the car is very likely a gonner. I'm not sure if I will sell those Exhaust Vents used, or put them on another vehicle in the fleet.
