jdanielca - It would be the same shipping option as used to Ireland. I would start with the USPS. Once it leaves the states, it get's turned over to that country's shipping interface with the USPS. It worked pretty well with Ireland. I suspect it would work well with either Poland or Ukraine.
The difference being, I would go to the USPS and determine the additional shipping costs. I would inform that information to a customer, and we would take it from there. Pretty easy.

I've had my single stack just over a year now and still love them. Thinking I might do a double stack soon to see what its like.
Think I'm the first in New Zealand to have them too?

D1Style - YES, you are the first in NZ … but not the only one in NZ at this point! There's some in Australia, several in Japan, a bunch in Hawaii, Canada. A rare few in Europe, but spread out in Ireland, UK, and France I believe it was.

Thanks bud. That's good to hear, still loving mine too. And I keep having the hankering to add more vents because it just sounds so … crisp and tight. I'm running 3 per flange as it is. It's on the verge of being a touch too loud a low rpm gentle acceleration. On the interstate, it's like it converts back to (near) OEM quiet even with 3. So it's not annoying. Part of what has made these work out great, only get sound where you would want to hear it. I think 4 vents might be a bit much.
I gave a ride to a guy here locally, he said a couple times in the car that it sounds good. But then when I was dropping him off, he said, "I'm going to stand here after I get out … I want to hear it drive away." That was a definite sign he was liking it a lot. I hope what he heard when I rolled away sounded nice. I've not heard it from that perspective.

If this is you Scott, I replied. See the links in my reply here. As well as search for the thread named something like Oliver exhaust mod. I'm on vacation today and will not be able to ship Exhaust Vents until next week. Thanks!

When I took my car to the dealership recently, the employee attending me when I went to pick it up made a comment about the sound. She said I know an LS isn't supposed to sound like this but I don't see a difference in the muffler or any modifications. I thought it was pretty cool that they took notice.

Hey DarKnight - That's cool. Especially having come from the female variety. Normally females don't take notice of the sound of vehicles. That's a general statement, because sometimes they do, just seems like a much smaller percentage to me than males noticing the sound of a car.
I'm back from vacation. Spent a bit over a week in Las Vegas. I don't think it was less than 100°F even just before sun-up. We also went to Death Valley, it was 132°F there!
