That's the difference between companies that don't establish a reputation with their enthusiast communities & just slanging random parts. They would have been smart to breach into the F community if they were seriously interested in making money off that product prior to just looking for an F to slap a 'tune' on. That's why I appreciate businesses that are fellow enthusiast first and foremost because they are focused on their customers and their reputations. Businesses like Figs, RR-Racing, Evasive Motorsport ect will always have my business.

I am one of the people doing data logging for Rafi. I sent him my ecu with some logs. Others did this as well in other states. Rafi did this so the tune would be 100% for us

Update 1/25/16:

We are reallly sorry, the ordering info will be up tonight. Simon and I spent the entire day Sunday cleaning up after the snow storm, I could barely find my other Lexus

The factory ecu does datalogging? If so, I'm happy to help. My GT4 uses an Autronic SMC which I tune myself (466 whp, 21 psi on pump gas), so I'm fairly familiar with the process.

You have to have TIS software and the proper cable. Its done through a lap top
