Baseline: RRRacing ISF, RRRacing Intake pipe, K&N filter, RRRacing Bazooka exhaust, full decat exhaust and OEM manifolds.

Tuned Map: Everything the same, only added the tune.

Baseline Results:

  • Hood Closed (intake air temps about 120F): about 345-353whp, 342wtq
Tuned Results:

I'm a newbie but isnt that baseline kinda low with pretty much H/E since you gutted all your cats.

I imagine with time maybe there could be a way to setup dual maps. The E85 around were I live is very consistent and I don't really need a fuel flex sensor. I love the idea of being able to run catless, without getting that nasty smell and black residue while also not polluting as much.

I thought dynojets read all the same?

I would like to see the uncorrected dyno numbers

i wouldn't be too concerned with the max hp readout. the gain of 40whp between the two dynos is more important.

^^ Bingo.

Although I am not a huge fan of dyno numbers in general - the delta between the baseline and post tune is where the truth is, especially in a climate controlled dyno facility.

Agreed.

The gain is very cool, but it's only part of all the other possibilities this opens up for fine tuning and working in harmony with the S/C kit when that comes along later this year.

Look forward to further updates guys.

Its a climate controlled room at 70F... correction is not exactly a factor

Is there any gains to be had on this tune for a completely stock IS-F?

People with I/H/E are getting 400whp without tune right? So with gutted cats and exhaust shouldnt you be at around 400 whp anyway?

Every dyno is different - I doubt he lower HP is a result of gutted manifold vs aftermarket headers.

This is very exciting.

Count me in. I want to make sure this is safe before spending the time and money. Im sure it is. Also waiting for results on the header application as well. I plan to do PPE and if there are better gains I will put both in at same time.

I just want to say thank you very much guys. We really apprecaite you taking the time out to do this. You will be very profitable from this tune if all goes well.

Keep us posted on price and turn around time. We are all anxious.
