New Product RR-Racing ISF ECU Tune.... FINALLY!!!

LOL.
This might be a stupid question but is the ISF ECU the first recent Toyota product to be fully flashed tuned utilizing the factory ECU? I mean besides the FRS/BRZ twin which are basically fully Subarus underneath.
Oh and Rafi, I will be sending more datalogs to you through Dashcommand with my new OBDLink adapter once the weather clears up, probably today. It's been raining in SoCal for the last couple days.

I'd be more curious to see AFRs from tuned cars.
Pretty sure someone has been doing the same thing with recent Tundras

I have no reason not to believe the information Rafi and the guys have published. If any of their other great products are anything to go by, we all know there was a bunch of testing, tweaking, double-checking done before this thread was even considered a possibility.
Rafi knows he has gained a very strong reputation on this forum and the community in general in quite a short period of time. He would never risk that over inflated or inaccurate dyno results. That is why I said you should discount the numbers themselves, and focus on the gains from the two runs.
Something had to give that HP increase, and my money says it's the tune.
I can understand the scepticism to a degree based on the hot air and lack of results in the past, but this is actually happening and is VERY real.
Time will prove not only have RR-Racing managed to achieve the holy grail of mods, but I am really confident they will also go on to offer the best and most comprehensive S/C kit ever as well.

I for one will definitely be doing a dyno pull on the same dyno that I used for my stock baselines and exhaust baselines after the tune.

OMG awesome news extra 40 HP...hot damn...but i thought to my self? how much power do i need? what am i going to use that for? i like to go to the track and i think the IS F has enough power for any track, unless its a drag racing track...either way...Fantastic job Rafi, Congrats...i might have to wait for the s/c in the future....

40rwhp is what a JB4 stage 1 will get you on an FI F8x M3.

I see Steve is causing a ruckus here
I also work with Steve at Fabspeed and I've heard of his work while he was still at PSI. If there's any question of the numbers, I'm a unbiased 3rd party and I'm a witness to all that went down last night. As soon as my turbo is on my SC, Steve will be tuning my car.

I'm guessing it's all dependant on how 'safe' Lexus told Yamaha to set things? If they dialed it back like they did on the Supra for example, we all know just how seriously capable that 2JZ can be without forging the internals!
Just a thought.

FI tunes add boost thus adding serious amounts of power. Seeing these numbers from an FI tune wouldn't be surprising.

R8 - 100 HP/Liter
ISF - 83 HP/Liter
See the difference?
The numbers RR Racing is showing put their car at about 500 crank HP (depending on drivetrain and efficiency losses) or about 100HP/Liter. You should recognize that number because it appears to be a wall to most NA vehicles (except those that have the money to go exotic).
