PPE Headers for the IS-F, New Stainless and Stainless Cerakote options
Hi all, I just thought I would post up that the new standard build for PPE headers will be 100% Stainless Steel with an option for Cerakote Glacier Black. Mild steel will still be available as special order. This also means lead times are reduced to 2-3 weeks instead of 3-4 allowing faster delivery of product. PPE headers are still the current king of the horsepower pack and our preference when it comes to the 2UR engine.
We are also partnering with several tuners in local areas to provide dyno tuning and ECU monitor removal to avoid the need for a O2 sim. More details on that to come. Contact us for current lead times and with other questions..

Do we have anyone local that has experience installing headers Mike? I mean I know I could manage but sometimes I'd rather just pay and save myself a weekend
Any progress on the equal length option? I see it's an available option for the RCF and PPE talked about making the attempt but it not being high priority.

All of our local shops we had confidence in are not longer around. I suppose 3zero3 could do this pretty easily.

We are planning on tearing into this soon as we still have the unterminated headers for development to make up length. Our plan is a stepped primary version long tube like our IS300 header that has good gains across the whole band.

Would there be a reason to wait for long tube headers? I wanna gain as much power as possible. I wouldn't want to buy these knowing there is a better option down the pipeline.

Agreed! And I don't want to drop the engine twice! Deal with reselling the previous version. Having good gains across the entire range sounds great! I think I'll have to wait. I'm definitely jumping on the ISS QES exhaust...
