I assume it was on Rafi's car. If so, he has the Borla mid section (catless) and his signature Bazooka tail sections.

I was at his shop a couple of weeks ago and got to see his car in person. Got to love east coast business trips.

So given that h/e/I/tune yields less than gutted converters/e/I/tune, so the header cars are finally making the same power as gutted converter cars.*

Or did I see that wrong on the website? It seems like gutted converter cars are making more power to begin with. Is this correct?

Borla resonator intact in mid-pipe, no mufflers in tail section.

The Bazooka pipes are basically dual outlet strait pipes.

That is not correct.

Let me summarize the dyno results on our test cars:

400-405whp = Tune, exhaust, & full decat

400-405whp = Tune, exhaust, full decat, & 87mm MAF intake, bored TB (NO BENEFIT TO DOING THE INTAKE/TB).

410-412whp = Tune, exhaust, & headers

420whp = Tune, exhaust, headers & 87mm MAF intake, bored TB.

??? whp = Tune, exhaust, headers, 87mm MAF intake, and RCF throttlebody. (Currently testing this setup).

No, the tune is making more of a difference in terms of marginal HP on the gutted converter cars, but in total is still less than the header cars with tune.

They said high flow air box. Nothing about the pipe. I assume they would still use their existing and are just modifying the box and TB?

Rafi
Hmmm...Am I missing something here? How come the whp seem kind of low to me? Stock ISF makes on average 350whp, with an exhaust 375whp, Headers 400whp give or take. I thought the tune alone would provide 20-50whp/torque more? Based on the chart? Now with the throttle body mod another 10whp? To a total of 420whp? I'll take that any day but just seems low or I'm definitely misunderstanding something...
