We will post pics very soon. We have already done 2 local installs on prototype setups. The final version will work with any aftermarket intake elbow, whether its ours, JoeZ, HPS, or whatever.
The box will completely enclose a large cone filter, and the lid of the box is made of carbon fiber. We are currently waiting on some of the components to arrive, but will have it soon. Should be able to post pictures mid-to-late next week.

My guess is no. Think Rafi mentioned this before when a couple of us with their titanium intake pipe asked if the kit would make it obsolete. Answer was no, we would still be able to use it thankfully! 
No doubt Rafi will do some sort of deal on this with an intake pipe though for those who want one.
