Just a coincidence i was checking these out and your sale popped up. Just placed my order and thanks for the discount as it beats the amazon price for the intake a little since they charge me tax. Anywho, was wondering about the install. I'm a DIYer and just wanted to clarify, i assume you have to fully drain the coolant out before you can install the lower hose? Is it possible to install the upper hose for the time being without having to drain the coolant at all possibly? TIA

There will be a little bit of coolant in the top tube, it will be significantly less that the full purge, but still need a catch. In my opinion, if you are draining coolant at all might as well do it all ( I hate coolant drains). We will be doing a write up on this soon.
