there are also BMWs. my friend has a 2014 M5 with lower miles. just had $8000 service to repair upper and lower oil pan leaks. 19 hours labor. As well as we all know bosch makes poor electronics. problems you dont see with toyota lexus Products. Rafi is the man!

Red face

Hello guys. I'm new here. I was wondering if t RR guys would be able to remotely tune my ecu as I live in Puerto Rico and use my car daily for work. So sending it to them sounds like a real hassle....

Sorry we do need the ECU... but hopefully that will change soon, I know the remote OBD issue is being worked on!

But anyway. How much time do you think it would take to send it to you guys and get it back? I'm thinking of buying your RR Racing Ultimate Steering Response System too. So I might do both at the same time.

dumb question , but if the rcf makes 470 hp at the crank stock, what is the realistic HP at the wheel stock.

Our turnaround time is "same day," so we program and ship your ECU back same day we receive it.

about 395-400whp peak on a Dynojet, stock, assuming adequate cooling on the dyno.

Rafi,
What intake do you recommend other than stock to go with your tune and a Borla cat back?
what would you expect on the dyno with your recommended intake, your tune and a Borla?
thx in advance.

I don't recommend any intake, just stick with the stock airbox. We make a carbon fiber elbow, but we don't claim it makes power.

As for what it will dyno... that depends on a lot of things. Some people think that a dyno is like a thermometer, they all read the same, and it will always be accurate, but that could not be further from the truth. Even comparing the same dyno, you can easily get a 50hp spread depending on the amount of cooling a dyno has.. in many cases the dyno operators don't have a clue what they are doing, or don't care.

Rafi, what are the gains with aftermarket headers vs gains with gutted manifolds? I know the RCF doesn't get as much gains as the ISF with aftermarket headers, correct?
