So by now you all know that we will be introducing our ISF supercharger for sale in late September, and we will begin our RCF supercharger project in just a few weeks, with track testing scheduled for October 15-16 at Watkins Glen.
That said, we have also been working with PPE in designing a Supercharger optimized header and exhaust system. Among other improvements, we will be increasing the size of the collector to a FULL 3", and we will be making a 3" dual exhaust. We believe that these improvements are necessary once these cars break the 600hp mark,
So here are some pics of the prototypes we will be testing in the coming weeks. PPE quality & fitment is second to none, with great attention to detail at the exhaust ports, and absolutely beautiful fully TIG welded merge collector (as opposed to the stamped steel collector others use).
Huge 3" outlet and TIG welded merge collector for optimal flow.
Port matched and hand blended exhaust ports

So these combined with the supercharger and supporting exhaust will be capable of getting close to or over 600hp, are we talking WHP or crank?
The final SC kits will definitely be over 600hp at the crank. Beyond that we start running into serious limitations of the stock engine and fuel system.

Well, we bought the car, so its definitely a high priority. We are moving into our new shop and getting our new DynoJet 424 AWD dyno, so right now we are bit backlogged but soon the new equipment will allow us to significantly speed up the 3IS development.
