Alrighty everyone!
I got the specs. 19x10 +25 all around.
Please be advised: the fitment spec is extremely aggressive for RC350 and not generally recommended. As you can see from the photos, this owner had to run a stretched tire and camber to achieve this fitment. I will additionally send this through PM to everyone who posted here and/or PM me about the spec!

My guess is that he's running the factory 235/40 and 265/35 tires or something close to it since it needs to be slightly stretched to fit at that offset.

It's actually the other way around. A typical 10" wide wheel on this car would probably be around +40. The lower the offset, the further the wheel is going to stick out.

With offset, the lower the number, further out it goes.
+25 with a 10" width is VERY aggressive for this car, hence the need for a stretched tire and negative camber.
