i believe that you COULD answer the questons of where to send the dash, and basic turnaround time. how can i jump the gun if you don't ask me questions about my altezza dash. it is exactly like the us spec.

If it is exactly like us spec, then why did you ask? 
If i don't know what your dash is, so how can i tell you when it will be done? There never was comfirmation on when i wil be sending it back becasue i don't even know if your dash could be done at the time you asked, that"s jumping the gun.
