can you give me the # to this dealership? i called lexus corp before and was told that i couldn't get the
nav update because the car is out of the bumper to bumper warranty.

Service Dept Number is: 516-992-4120 Hours are from Mon-Fri 7:30am - 6:00pm

NT2,

How is the service dept of Rockville Center? I have been going to Rallye, but they are ticking me off by not being able to fix a clicking noise in my steering wheel. But I have mods to my car and I don't need Lexus of RC giving me a hard time when my car is in for service, do they give you any trouble with your suspension mods? Granted I got a TC and LSD as well as air intake, Rallye hasn't given me a hard time with those mods, you think Lexus of RC would? Thanks

Sorry for getting this thread off topic, so Tuesday my Nav DVD update is scheduled to be delivered, can't wait!

oh yeah they gave me a ***** of a time with my lowering springs and my upgraded HID bulbs, and whatnot but when push comes to shove and you throw them in a corner explaining how your mods have NOTHING to do with the problems, they ease off

Speak to Nancy, and tell her Heath (me) sent you
