average time to install HID kit
Ive installed two of Steve's phillips hid kits now on two different vehicles and the average is about 45minutes. Plug and play saves you at least 30 minutes when you dont have to splice or tap into wires.

do you have any pics of the 9006 4300k philips kit? i want to see if the wiring harness is a one piece with only one side of the headlight connecting to the relay or if it's 2 separate wiring harnesses, one for each side of the headlight where both oem 9006 connectors plug into the ballasts. thanks.

Hello,
We use a 9006 mating connector that will literally plug directly into your OEM Headlight harness.
The Harness that comes with our product is a 2 harness incorporated into 1 setup. You will only need to plug our harness into one side. Once our harness is installed you will only be using your stock headlight wiring to trigger the lighs on/off. You will not be running any extra current through your OEM headlight harness.
Regards,
Steve

I'm about to purchase the Philips 4300 HID kit and would like to know where
is the best place to mount the ballast? My last cheap set of 8000k hid kit not only blinded on comers
but when I drove over a bump or pothole my left light would giggle/jump and drives me crazy (that’s why I’m upgrading to Philips). I'm PRAYING that after this $399.00 investment my lights don't giggle.
Ps....The ballast was previously mounted on the passenger side fender well.
Any suggesting would be GREATLY appreciated

Thanks Bryan, now I'm feeling less reluctant to get into this HID deal
Question for anyone experienced in installing Philips HID kits. How long on average does it take to install by yourself? I can change the H7 bulbs myself, so I should be able to tackle the HID bulbs and ballasts w/ no problems or special tools, right? $399.99 is an awesome price for a Philips kit

Hello,
Thank-you for your responses.
As per your posts:
1) To be completely honest with you I do not have any first hand knowledge about the ES300 installation. Its really a question of how much room you have to work within the engine bay and how meticulous of an installation you want.
2) When we ship, we ship via DHL (1-2 day delivery) - fully trackable.
Regards,
Steve

I have one more question before I purchase the philips 4300k. I was calling around to find
an installer and several times I was informed that HID conversion kits are now illegal.
Can someone shed some light on this??
Thanks
