And the angle of the part that divides the opening and fogs is more pleasing in the first pic. That first bumper is just cleaner looking to me, especially on an LS.

Ah sorry didn't look closely, one is the regular, and one is the Ultra Luxury version. One has the proximity sensors in the bumper.
