McGard Tuner Wheel High-End Lug Nut and Lock Special Buy!!!
McGard high-end Tuner lug nut/lock special buy!
THIS IS ESPECIALLY FOR YOU HRE/I-forged OWNERS!!! (But of course applies to everyone with aftermarket or upgraded wheels) The best wheels deserve the best lug nuts!
Specially designed small diameter lug nuts and locks that fit well with wheels with recessed lug nut holes. Many of today's wheels have smaller diameter openings for the lugs, which makes it difficult to use the 19mm or 21mm standard lug nuts. The lug nuts aren't actually the problem, but the socket is! Heavy wall impact socket...forget it! Even a lot of thin walled 12 point sockets can't fit into the recess without scuffing or scratching the lug pockets on your wheels. Add to this the side play of the socket when loosening or tightening, and you get some pretty bad marks on your wheels.
Specially designed lugs and locks with very small tools makes these ideal for this situation. Separate floating washer type seat minimizes marring of your wheel surface where the lug nut contacts the wheel. Outer diameter of the installation TOOL (not the lug nut!) is .790"/20mm. This is smaller than most lug nuts.
There are others on the market, but quality-wise, NOBODY can touch McGard. Not cheap compared to the others, but you get what you pay for, and the best will always cost you. You'all know how that goes =|
The material finish holds up 10x better than any other brand on the market. Aluminum lug nuts (like the 7 sided Kyokugen style) strip all the time as well, these will not! If you hold these in your hand you will truly appreciate the quality - sorta like holding a nice watch vs a cheap watch. This chrome will NOT peel or chip!

NOTE: These should be tightened to around 60-70 lbs/ft. This is a lower spec than normal lug nuts due to the decreased surface tension of the floating seat and the smaller diameter.
Diameter of the tool and the lugs/locks at their widest points are .800" or 20.5mm You obviously would need a little bit more room than that for these to work, probably around .850" or 22mm or so.

wow, these are awesome prices!!!!
i am serious guys, you should get these, especially if you have hre or iforged!!!! i have seen a lot of rims, and on these wheels (also on auto couter among others i think), the lug holes are getting tighter than tighter. while this is good coz' the wheels look cleaner, the problem is when you take off or put on the wheels
when you use the socket to put on the lug nuts, you can easily hit the wheel and scratch on it!!!! even worse, paint my chip off and you will go crying!!!!
so protect yourself, get these. i had my stock lug nuts from hre on the wheels for a while, it's been a real mess trying to touch the lug nuts without touching the wheels. every time i was like an idiot doing slow motion.
finally i gave up and ordered these from tm engineering. i have no more complain afterwards, they are so nicely made, and so damn clean!
