Go with the most cost effective route of lowering, a good set of lowering springs and aftermarket shocks to accompany them.

To add a lil more to ryans answer, make sure you know the exact drop on the springs. You won't be able to adjust the height as you would be able to on coilovers. Another thing is, the rear passenger side will always be higher then the other 3 corners of the car. Since sitting in the drivers seat affects the balance of the car.

In addition, if you have shocks with height adjustable perches, this will not be an issue.
