That fake carbon, is that just a CF looking sticker on the mirror or how is it done?

This mirror is sort of like a CF finish on the outter part but is not a sticker. Please take a closer look at the 1st pic in this thread. That is the CF Finish mirror

Should all work but you may need the USDM harness
