** They're here!! Newly Released CarsonTuned Strut Tower Bar for the GS!! **
#77
Hey all,
Sorry for the wait on installation, but I was out of the state for Xmas.
I went to Carson Toyota today and Luis and I installed the re-tooled bar.
It fits fine, clearance over the engine cover is good, with no spacers.
Steve asked me to keep it installed for a few days to see if there are any issues.
I will let you all know if anything happens, but so far so good.
Joel

Update On Bars
Hey guys, just wanted to follow up with everyone that ordered the Carson Tuned strut bars. We recieved the re-tooled bar and were able to install it on Joels car. It fit fine with no issues at all. He drove the car for a few days to insure that there are no issues, we got it back today and there were none. I will be posting back again as soon as the new bars are in to schedual call tags for the old bars, and to send out the new ones. There are a few orders that were picked up locally that left no phone number. If this is your case please call me so we can get your contact information. If any one has any questions please call me anytime 1-800-908-2383

I 'm so glad as the rest of you GS guys are, I'm sure. I had a pleasant surprise when I came in to work today. I received my call (voice mail) from Luis informing me that the bars were in and that they were going to be sending out the new one and to keep an eye out for it.
It's like I said before, this is real, true customer service from jump (the very beginning that the problem was discovered). Granted, I've been hawking the threads as I'm sure the rest of you were, but to receive a phone call just to confirm what was posted...that's just down right professional. I can really appreciate good, solid c/s in this day and age. So from one professional to another...Luis/Carson Tune, you guys are top notch.
