The container we are waiting for right now is the one that was supposed to be here end of Feb. We are still expecting them anytime now. As soon as they arrive I will post up immediately on the board as well as start calling everyone up directly. I will schedual call tags to pick up all the old bars and send out the new ones. We are definitely expecting the bars here sooner than later.

There should be some for stock, but I have to check how many orders I have recieved also. We will take care of the replacements first, then the rest. I just dont know the excact nuber being shipped.

Any word yet? My credit card statement came in and I see where you processed my payment on 3/1 and it looks like I will have to pay my credit card before you even have the bars in the country.......that doesn't seem quite right. At least give us an update

 

I do have an update. The container has finally been confirmed at the port.
So the bars are here, they are just 2-5 days away while customs inspects the container.

The only reason cards were charged was to hold a bar for you once the container came in. Right now I am not taking more orders because I have to fill the replacement orders first from the original purchasers who have been way more than patient with us through this process. Then we will fill any orders we received during the wait time for the new bars. Once that has been done, I will have more for stock and re post the sale of the bars.

So again just to clarify,

1. The container has arrived and is currently going through customs.
2. We will be filling all the replacement orders first.
3. We will be filling all additional orders second.
4. We are currently not accepting any more orders untill after this initial batch or orders are filled and we can see what quantities we have left.
5. If you were billed already, we have a bar on hold for you from this container.

Thank you to everyone from this forum. You guys have been way more patient and understanding than any group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working for. Especially all the original purchasers that have been waiting since the bars were first made. As soon as I have the bars here I will start the call tags for all the old orders and sending out the new ones.
