I think I've got the best solution for re-installing the OEM seat heaters into the new Leatherseats.com leather. Worked out extremely well.

Double-sided CARPET TAPE. (Manco Indoor/Outdoor - HomeDep or Lowes - has fiberglass weave construction) (Wal-Mart has Duck brand - inferior quality - not fiberglass)
It adheres to the inside padding of the Leatherseats.com leather covers very well, and has the big advantage that it is very flexible and not rigid at all, like duct tape, packing tape, or regular double-sided tape would be. This allows it to move with the seat.

1) The padding and seat heaters (which are embedded in thin padding also) need to be carefully cut out of the original leather covers, without damaging the wires, which are very close to the edges;
2) Carpet tape is then placed around the PERIMETER (only) of where the seat heater will sit in the new leather covers; seat heater is flopped in place in the new cover;
3) A small amount of carpet tape can also be put on top of the seat heaters to stick the outer padding in place - holds it in place while re-installing. (Some people may not choose to re-use the thick padding that was cut out to get to the heaters. I did, with no problem.)
