Not to add to the confusion. But the reason I posted a "6.5" instead of "7" was my reluctance to commit to the audio only version. I thought it would be a clever way to count those persons interested in the audio unit and those also interested in the video/audio unit in the same thread. (For some reason jumping into this thread and posting "me too!!! #1 for audio/video" seemed like it would add more confusion as there would be different sets of numbers).

In summary, OOPS. Anyway, the stats from those who have posted here seem more accurate when thought of this way :

~20 people interested in the audio unit; some of these are people are interested in the audio/video unit.

i'm not sure how the counting works, but i'm in for a video-capable unit. i already have the audio only unit but i'm pretty sure i will not pull it out when i sell the car so i might as well have another brand new unit ready when i get the is500.

Hey vais guys, the least you could do is show some care about our intrest, I've been waiting over a month. Im giving you guys one week before I buy something else and you lose a sale...not to sound hostile, but I think after all this intrest and you product, it is pretty rude to just completely ignore us(the consumer). The least you could do is post a reply to our intrest, is that too much to ask?

Great news!! A new version of the SLI... So, everyone, be patient and let Vaistech do their job of developing us a new product! They will post on here when it's ready and will give us the same or lower price given the large group buy... They are a good company like that and know how to take care of their customers... Have patience and we will all be rewarded
