Ok let me be the total newbie - whats the difference between the CS, FLEX and SS?

I definitely want to beef up the suspension on my IS350 and lower it a little bit so which option would work best?

 

cs is the softest among all, more comfortable ride, but less on handling

flex is in the middle, but imho it's also the noisiest (due to design). it's quite a bit stiffer than the cs i think

ss is the stiffest of all. very good handling, but you lose a lot of ride quality.
