If you have an aftermarket bumper then it will have to be extent about 2 in.( at least for the l-sportline).

I read and read and read about the drone on these and all I can say is that what may be annoying to some is music to the next. The only way you'll truly know is to install and see, or find someone local for a test drive. At $250 you could probably install it yourself and if you didn't like it take it off and sell it to the poor schlep who missed out on the GB and break even.
