You can download the installation instructions from the sewell website... Just click on the link in the first post, select your air dam, and you'll see a link on the air dam detail page that has a .pdf of the instructions.

Check ebay. They have the whole ground effects kit up for auction for >1,000 (Awesome price btw). IIRC, only four colors available at that price, but black was one of them . . .

...well, that would depend on the color of your IS? Do you have an 06' or 07' model year IS?

If you like, you may refer to your VIN sticker located in the door jamb to determine if your paint code is a 202 (black onyx) or the 212 (obsidian).
