i think the other HKS exhaust costs $1200 because Lexus has to deal with a LOT of paperwork to get it sold basically as a "stock" option through lexus meaning that no warranty would be voided with its installation... im not sure tho?

I think this one should be more powerful anyways, because I'm pretty sure it uses circular/cylindrical mufflers. I believe those are supposed to be more free flowing than the oval mufflers on the Lexus HKS exhaust... but they're also typically louder. Just hopefully not TOO loud...

I'd like to know how long this GB is for.
Also, would it fit on IS250 AWD? I think it does, but just to make sure..
Lastly, how loud is this compared to stock muffler?

I would also like to know if there are any specs for this exhaust? Peak dB level compared to stock? HP/torque gain on the dyno? Weight?
As it stands, I'm VERY interested.

GB will stay in a effect for a while , you guys have plenty of time. The only thing is I have a few more left IN STOCK, after these are sold the next order will be about a 1-2 week wait. Will check on compatability with AWD model.

That's strange. The Lexus HKS exhaust is supposed to provide a 7-10 rwhp gain, according to lexus-parts dyno results... I was sure this one would be at least about the same. I wonder if HKS is just being conservative, or Lexus went a little overboard...

EDIT: Also, is there any info on the weight of this system compared to stock?

I remember the same thing, just posted the info we received direct from HKS. I will follow up, im still waiting for a response on dyno chart pics, AWD compatability, and system weight. As soon as I have more info to post up, it will be right on the front page.

Still wanting to know if the entire system is stainless. Because it only sounds like the mufflers and tips are stainless. Thanks

"Db sound levels did not exceed 90Db, and produced a nice low rumble, on the mellow side."

Do you know if this was on a IS 250 or IS 350? Under 90dB would be great!
