PM'ed you a couple of days ago, regarding an issue with a D4S 6000k bulb. Also left a voicemail. I am ordering a replacement bulb, but I guess since the originals were purchased Aug 12th, 2009, this will be a warrantied replacement. Can you advise via PM?

Hi,

All 3 kits will receive the $25 discount using the "CL" coupon code.

There are 2 main differences between the Volt kit and the Xtreme kit:

1) The Xtreme kit come with a relay harness to power the ballasts directly from the battery. All you will end up using your OE wiring for is to trigger the relay in our harness on/off.

2) The Xtreme kit uses Japanese/German components whereas the Volt kit uses taiwanese components.

Hi,

You would need to get an H4 HID kit for your vehicle. Our H4 kits are available in either low beam only or bi-xenon.

Not sure I understand what you mean. Please send me a PM with your order information so that I know exactly what product you are using.

Default HIDs for 2000 LX470

Are there any HID kits for a 2000 LX470 that does not require drilling of the headlight housing?

Thanks!

kendunk21 - This vehicle uses an H1 bulb therefore you will need an H1 HID kit. In my experience I have had 1 customer that had to drill their headlight housing in order to accomodate an HID kit on a Lexus LX 470. Unfortunately this is one of those vehicles that makes it difficult to predict if drilling will be necessary. You might have to or you may not.

I can't believe I posted this thread in regards to our HID kits over 4 years ago. It's crazy for me to think that I have been posting on Club Lexus in General for 7 years :-)

Wow... Time really does go by fast.

Default 2007 es350

Hi Steve,

I'm looking for recomendation on a reliable HID kit for our 2007 ES350 NON hid.

something in the 4300 to 5000 K that would be problem free and deliver great light output similar to stock OEM HID on this car

Thanks

alexulan,

Stock HID use 4300k HID bulbs so I would definitely suggest going with a 4300k HID conversion kit to get the most OEM functionality.

XenonDepot has been selling quality HID conversion kits since 2001 and has been a supporting vendor on this forum since 2004 so you can feel confident in purchasing an HID kit from us. A couple of quick searches on this forum will enable you to find many positive reviews about our HID kits by forum members as well =)

The 2007 ES350 uses an H7 bulb for the low beams meaning that you would need to order an H7 HID kit in order to upgrade the low beams. Take a look at the XenonDepot HID Kit page to find out more about the HID kits that we carry. Both our product lines use ballasts with EMI shielding to prevent any interference with the vehicle's electronics. You will find that some forum members that have purchased lower grade HID kits (other vendors) have had interference with their radio and power steering.

ClubLexus members receive a $25 discount on our HID kits by using coupon code "CL" upon checkout. In addition, for a limited time we are offering FREE SHIPPING on HID Kit orders that are shipping within the continental USA.

Default Hi's and Driving Lights

Hi Steve,

I'm a bit confused over the whole Hi Beam / Driving lights issue for a 2000 GS300. I have read that the driving lights are the same bubls as the hi-beams but running at a lower wattage.

I have installed an HID kit for my low beams, but would like to do the same for the hi's.\/ driving lights. Any advice? I believe they are all 9005.

Thanks!

Hi,

I would not suggest upgrading your high beams to HID given that HIDs go through a warm up period when first turned on. If you need a quick burst of light your HID high beams would not be very functional.

Steve
