Just wanted to update everyone that this issue has been resolved and I stand by my previous quote regarding XenonDepot. Super fast communications and more importantly honest. I'll be doing an installation in a few weeks and will let everyone know how it goes.

Hey Steve, how many units of the 9005 bulb type 6500k are still available on this GB? I recently had some rear end damage and made enough money to buy a kit on the insurance check but I won't have the check in hand for a few days. I don't want them to get sold out before I get my check!

Do you need the 9005 or 9006?? 9005 is for the high beams.

I have 9005 in my low beams (and high beams too) with 9005 connector end piece. My 9006 connectors burned up, so I chopped them off and connected the 9005 connectors instead for the low beams to get that extra 10% light output that 9005 supposedly has over 9006.

Do you still have a 9006 style headlight though?

Yes, the original application is 9006, but the connectors on my wiring harness are for 9005 bulbs. The 9005 halogen bulb I have sits in the 9006 slot firmly and does not move. It's locked in.

NYLexSC,

What I suggest you do is order a 9006 kit. Send me an email once you place your order and I will swap out the 9006 harness for a 9005 harness. This way you get 9006 bulbs for your headlights and a 9005 harness for your OEM plug =)

9006 6500k and H3 3000k kits are out of stock until next week. There are already some people on this waiting list so if you guys are sure you want these products I would suggest placing your order to ensure you get one. We ship on a first come first serve basis.

They are with the Phillips bulbs, and are made in Japan, right?
I just want to make sure.

Thanks

Thanks Steve.

Just to clarify though, if I didn't want to wait let's say, I could just order the 9005 altogether and be fine right? It would be the same as I have now, 9005 bulbs in a 9006 socket correct? I understand what you are saying with swapping harnesses though and I'm thankful that you would do that for me, but as you say the 9006 6500k is currently out of stock!

Stock HID color is generally 4100k or 4300k. You'll want to order the Xtreme 4300k, which is also part of the GB at $224.99!

Thanks to Steve, answered all my questions and he had these sent out right away... and he did not hold it against me that I no longer have a lex.... at least I am parked next to one....

H11 bulbs Extreme kit 5K... they look nice and white, in real life not much difference from my stock OEM HID headlights, they don't look the blue like in the photos....

Needed minor tweaking but was all good and dig the fogs...
