Your best bet is to request samples and make the decision looking at the leather yourself. Likely is, but the leather color on your IS may be different than it is for the GS and LS I've got pictured above.

If anyone is on the fence about this. I will tell you right now. It is well worth it. I was in on one of the GB and am VERY happy with it. Installed it myself. Definately can be a DIY.
And yes, it did come with both front and rear arm rests/center console.

Talk about great timing!
I was just lamenting to my wife about the tired leather in my GS. I login to CL and what do you know, another CL group buy. I showed her the pics on the sharp two-tone, Sandstone/Driftwood GS interior and the deal is made.
