A few additional questions if this is alright. Do the AC kits come with the rear rocker panels? These are the rear bumper extensions that run from the flat bottom edge of the rear bumper cover to the bottom edge of the rear wheel well sort of like miniature rear side skirts. I know that these are required to buy when you do a 97+ full conversion and since I own a 1993 year SC400 it's a concern to me as to if I will need ones made specifically for the AC kit or not.
Related to that is, do the AC side skirts require additional lower door skins to look right? I've yet to be able to find anyone in my area with this kit so I cant inspect the setup in person to know all these random variables :O
The front chrome grill, does that have to be purchased additionally or does it come already mounted in the AC front bumper cover?
Also, does the kit come all required mounting hardware and / or other bits that might be needed? Again, considering that I've got a 1993 year SC400 will all the fender liner mounting holes, and other mounting holes in the front and rear be in the right place for the AC kit out of the box? Or are there any other parts that will need to be purchased in order to install the AC kit on a 91-96 year SC400?

CLRH2O - The rear bumper and extensions are one whole piece so you just bolt it on. AC side skirts will fit perfectly on 92-00 SC. Difference is that if you have a pre 97 you will have that gap between the door and skirt. You have to get the oem lower door moldings if you want to "complete" the look, but are optional. Front grill is oem so you have to get that separately, but will bolt straight on of course. These kits are meant for 92-00 SC since they provide full front bumper/rear bumper and skirts.
