I guess my phone calls and PM's are being ignored... If I don't receive contact from BSI by the end of the business day on Monday I guess I'll just have to try to contact the BBB and file a complaint with them... I can understand logistical problems, but poor to nonexistent customer service is unacceptable. I would hope that a company that wants to build a good reputation would at least try to stand behind their products and correct their mistakes.

Did you pay via Credit Card? I would suggest filing a dispute with your Credit Card company for a chargeback.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully this issue will be resolved. At first I was glad to spend the money in hopes of trying a new product as well as being able to provide some useful info for all of the people that view this forum. Right now I'm just regretting giving BSI so many chances. I should've sought to cancel my order back in December when I was first lied to but I tried to give them a fair chance. Looks like I end up with the **** end of the stick on this deal. Right now I'm printing all of my PM's sent and recieved along with this thread just incase I need any further proof, hopefully BSI does the right thing and clears this whole issue up.

Guys I'm going to close this thread until we get better information from BSI Brakes on resolving these issues.

Over the last weeks since BSI has not logged into the forum I've regularly engaged Internet Brands to ask for their help in getting BSI to respond.

As far as I've been notified (from members and from BSI), all orders that were placed have been shipped and I only know of djspawn00's open issue. If there are others still outstanding please let me know by private message.
