let me try to understand this. is 0 setting oem stock? preset is -36 F and -33 R. Lowest max setting is -77 F and -93 R?

Correct. The coilovers when you get them from HKS are preset to -36 front and -33 rear. So that would make a total of -77 F and -93 R from stock if you were to lower it to the max.
