Is the Oracle H11 kit just a replacement bulb for the stock HID to make it brighter?

H11= xenon conversion kit for halogen lights.
D4S= replacement xenon bulb for hid equipped vehicles

Thank you. Are the fogs 9006 bulbs? I have a 6000K McCulloch kit on my truck that I will be taking off soon and I'm wondering if they will match the 8000K D4S bulbs that everyone claims look like 6000K.

Yes, on the GS350 the fogs are 9006.
