Short answer - NO. '07-08 LS has new bolt pattern, 5 x 120, whereas the other Lexus car models (and older LS) use 5 x 114 . . .

1. Will the GS 17 x 7.5, 10-Spoke Wheel Set (Silver) - $352 fit on my 1995 LS400?
2. I tried entering coupon code "wheel" but it said it could not be applied
3. Do you have any with tires, even used, if so how much for the set with rims?

Yes, the wheels mentioned above will fit the 95MY LS. As for the "wheel" promo code, this ended January 31st. Tires - you'll be best served working with your local tire dealer if you're after something on the least expensive side. Shipping - whatever it is that you wish to purchase, just add it to your shopping and proceed through the checkout process.
