Yes, I would recommend a relay kit for all aftermarket HID kits unless you know for a fact that the power draw is minimal.
Harnesses are $20 shipped to anywhere in the US via 2-3 day priority shipping and wiring them up is pretty easy. here's a diagram:

Cliffud, you had two links posted for buying the HIds one for CL and one for the 2is. whats the difference between the kits? and is it possible to get a slim kit where i don't need the wiring harness but direct plug and play for the Fogs. looking to go 4300K to match stock, want to go whiter but i like the output of being able to see.
slim kits aren't available anymore due to a low demand. if you're interested in a 4300k kit, you'll want a 9006 bulb type for your fogs. once you order, send over an e-mail so I know which order is yours and I'll make sure you get some extension cords with your kit to ensure the included wiring harness has enough length for you to connect the ballasts to the fog lights low in the bumper.
thanks.

Hey cliff, yes that was me and i did end up ordering the kit through www.mobilhid.com/cl.htm for $140. i did receive with the kit 2, 1 foot extension cables it looks like. along with the wiring harness that is posted above. would these cables be enough to make it down into the fogs? thanks again!
