We don't have confirmed fitment for the GS, but if there is any one in the area who is interested in trying it out please let me know. Im sure we can arrange something to test fitment.
As far as wheels, you will need wheels that clear BBK. The OE ISF wheels are
19 x 8 in. front / 19 x 9 in. rear. After I saw the caliper, it was about the size of the Rotora 6 Piston ones, but felt like about 1/2 the weight because of the monoblock design. These will not work with the stock wheels. As with most BBK wheels, you need a High Disc set up.
** After some looking around, the GS 06+ uses the same rotors and calipers as the IS250/350, so these fit the GS models as well **
So let's go guys, who's going to be the first.

Wow awesome...
Question:
Are the master cylinder and brake lines the same on all the cars (including the IS-F) or do they have to be upgraded as well?

The ISF has regular rubber lines. I think most will wait till an aftermarket SS line kit comes out.
We are looking at having some brackets made that can make this kit work on the IS and GS as well. We will post more on that as we get more info.

14.2" rotors. it really depends on the caliper design to see if the oem 18s will fit over it. the oem calipers are huge, a lot of aftermarket brakes actually have smaller calipers (for example on my ls460l, the brembo calipers are smaller than the stock calipers in terms of clearance). the overall diameter is what i would be concerned about.
of course, nothing can be sure unless someone tries to put on the 18s on the is-f brakes and see

I agree, 14.2" plus the edge of the caliper, maybe a 17" can fit too? for those who use winter tires
ET is a different story.

Here are some pics of the caliper as compared to the Supra BBK Caliper, so it will give you guys a better idea of the size. Also note the weight of the ISF caliper is about 1/2 of the Supra one.
