Hello,
asong26:
I would suggest using a relay harness to ensure that the ballasts always get a constant 12V. Furthermore, by using our relay harness you will ensure that you do not draw a higher current from your vehicle's OEM headlight harness than it was designed to provide.
outkastgs3: Your vehicle uses a 9006 bulb for the fog lights meaning that you would need to order a 9006 HID conversion kit.
philly777: let me know if you have any further questions =)

Thanks for the quick response and advice. I am thinking about getting the local Crutchfield guys to do a professional install w/ mounts and etc..., In your opinion, what would be a fair labor duration for these installations for both lows and fogs on an LX470?
Thank you. BTW. I just bought a projector (Angel Eyes) head lamp kit for my aging Nissan Maxima that uses H3 bulbs. I'll give you guys a call sometime today to discuss.

It honestly depends on the shop and how meticulous of an installation you want. It also depends on whether they have installed an HID kit on an LX before. Its all about the learning curve.
I know that shops here can charge anywhere from $100-200.
If you would like me to call you, please PM me with your phone number and I will give you a call to discuss.
