A few pics. I was trying to get the 19's on for a pic. but I just haven't had time this weekend. I have a nail in one of the 19's so I won't be posting those pics until I replace it. sorry. Below are some pics of the stock wheels and tires. It sounds like most of you guys have the same concerns I did about messin with the stock ride. I can only tell you about my set up. I coudln't be appier with it. My wife even comented this weekend on how much sportier the car looks then a stock IS. She's normally not one to notice that type of thing. Sorry for the multiple post. If anyone can group these together that would probably help.
I did the springs myself at my friends shop with a lift. Took about 3.5 hours, that's with some BS in between. wasn't hard at all. But I wouldn't want to do this job in a driveway.

that does look much better then the first pic! Now I can see they are close to mine in drop. The car would look better with the 19" rims on so it doesn look like the rims are sucked in. lexboi250 I think you made a good choice for your car. You just need some rims to flow with the car now!!! You have almost a mirror image of my car once its lowered and has rims!! Nicely done

^^^ thanks, but your rims are bigger which will definitly look nicer, did you go with 40 series tires or 35s? i got 18's to be on the safe side, lol. one thing i do like is that they are black, which will go nice with the white color. But those varianza's are definitly one of the hottest wheels around. Do they make it in black?
