Thats interesting cuz I havent had any luck gettin any kinda customer service from Carson or Luis. And I wouldnt be praising someone who sent me the wrong item no matter how fast they fixed it. I been waiting over 3 weeks for some prices on 2 piece rotoras, JIC exhaust, Junction produce stuff and a few other things. It also takes like 5 days to get an email reply. Im gonna go ahead and order everything I need from elsewhere including my exhaust, rotora brakes, tail lights, etc...
Hey mistakes happen, its how they are taken care of that makes the difference. As soon as I saw that it was the wrong exhaust I called Luis and the exhaust was picked up and a new one shipped. Sorry you are having trouble with them.
Is it true that this exhaust is on back-order until late June, early July??? I talked to someone from Tanabe a little while ago and they broke the bad news...

I do apologize if we haven't got back to you, we just moved into our new facility and have been at it for weeks, phones and computers have been down from time to time but all the kinks seem to be ironed out.
