If Leatherseat.com wants a piece of our tax rebates from Uncle Sam, I hope that we can strike a deal quickly before that check is gone. 
Mrs. Le is looking to spend that check at Albertson, which offers additional discount for those rebate checks. With prices of milk and eggs gone up, it will be harder to justify to the wife and kids why daddy's old ES should be pimped.

lej1447: I will add you to the list! Just because you are on the list does not mean you are obligated to purchase, it just means that you will buy if we reach the maximum discount.
VM 2: The reason that we don't run long group buys is because we have to make all of the interiors, and to help us save money we have to order all of the materials in bulk. If we ran the group buy for 3 months the people that joined in the begining would have to wait that entire time to get their leather.
smerre01: The grain of our leather is quite a bit different from OEM. Other then that our interior will match the OEM. I can send you a sample if you like, just PM me your mailing address. The prices listed are for the front and back seats. If you just want the front seats they are $80 less then the group buy price for the RX.
Lexucan: You are correct. There are several reasons why we price them this way. A) It is easier for our production to build complete interiors then it is for a partial. B) We get a bigger discount on materials because we are buying more. C) We have less issues with customers wanting to purchase the back seat at a later date, which is $499.00 by itself.

DiRocco: No problem. We try to run two group buys a year, so I'm sure there will be one when you are ready.

Thanks for adding my name. I don't mind the wait as long as we get the 20-folk GB discount.
The last GB discount was a year, circa Apr 2007. That thread had 13 pages. From page 9 and up, those late comers were asking about another GB. I wonder where all those folks are.
Here is the thread at page 10 and keep scrolling down until you see pix. Something to inspire the rest to kick up one notch.
